    • Meet & Greet – All new clients complete a meet & greet to ensure the right fit.

    • Trial Visit (Home Stays Only) – A 2-hour trial is required for dogs staying in my home to ensure comfort and compatibility with Rue.

    • Booking Confirmation – Bookings are confirmed once approved and payment is received.

    • Walk / Stay Day – Enjoy updates and photos while your dog is safely cared for and returned home happy and tired.

  • Yes, fully insured.

  • Your dog’s safety is my top priority. In extreme heat, or extreme storm conditions, walks may be shortened, or rescheduled.

    On hot days, I walk in shaded areas, bring water, and monitor dogs closely for signs of overheating. If conditions are unsafe, I will always contact you to arrange the best solution.

  • Cancellations made with at least 12 hours’ notice will not be charged. Cancellations within 12 hours of the booking may be charged at the full rate, as the time has been reserved for your dog. If I ever need to cancel, I’ll always give as much notice as possible and offer a reschedule or refund.

  • Yes, I’m happy to administer basic medications as long as clear instructions are provided. This includes oral medications (such as tablets mixed with food), supplements, and topical treatments. Unfortunately, I’m unable to administer injections or complex medical treatments.

  • To ensure a calm and positive environment, all dogs in my care must be well-socialised and comfortable around other dogs and people.

    Any behavioural concerns must be disclosed before booking. This includes reactivity, guarding, anxiety, or past incidents.

    If a dog shows behaviour that compromises safety, I may pause or end the session to protect everyone involved.
